Julian Prayer

The Julian Prayer group is an ecumenical gathering of people who meet together for silent and contemplative prayer.

Some of the group have no formal church links, though most belong to a worshipping community. The meetings last for half an hour and those involved are led into silence, resting in God's presence, with a short reading and some quiet and meditative music.

If you feel that you would like to join our small group of about 10 people or wish to find out more about it, please contact Margaret on 01594 825282. To find out more about Julian Meetings, visit www.julianmeetings.org.

The group meets on the first Monday of each month, at 7.30pm. The venue for the group is usually the Lady Chapel of St. Michael & All Angels, Mitcheldean from June - September and then at 'Karibuni', Collafield from October - May. Please contact Margaret to confirm the venue if you are thinking of joining us for the first time.
